[SlimDevices: SqueezeNetwork] Some Rhapsody content not available through SqueezeNetwork

It's a synchronization issue between various content databases. It
typically takes a day for all the various systems to agree.

We're actually working pretty hard to get all of them aligned and
synchronized; hopefully it will happen soon.
