[SlimDevices: SqueezeNetwork] Player won't "switch back to SqueezeCenter"

I've never been able to get the "switch back to SqueezeCenter" feature
to work.  I finally got around to trying it with some debugging, but
haven't made any progress.  Running SC 7 nightlys with SB2 players, I
see the following:

- I can click on "Switch to SqueezeCenter Beta" and the player properly
switches to SN
- If I return to the SC GUI, it properly reports the player is
connected to SN.  If I select "switch back...", it won't come back.
- The player stays connected to SN, as reported by the SC menu, the SN
menu and the player.
- The first time I try to switch back I see:

If I try again, every future attempt I see:

- If I wait 300 seconds for the next poll attempt, I still see the
player reported as connected to SN (which it is)

Is there a trick to this?
