A couple of Channels oddities as well

- My Rhapsody Channel shows up in the PC client library but not via SN

- Two Channels (Best of 2005, Best of 2006) show up in SN library even
though they do not exist in the PC client's library, nor in Rhapsody's
general channel listings.
