[SlimDevices: SqueezeNetwork] Unable to listen to RTHK

I have only managed to get it to play on SN about twice - I think there
is a problem in the network as HK is far away from me or whether too
many listeners connected. I'm not sure where you're based.

An odd thing, I left one attempt and after about 3 minutes the SB
connected and started playing.
