I have not had any rebuffering lately. Did you try testing your download
speeds from US-based servers when the problem occurs ?

When I had rebuffering problems the download speeds were indeed very
low.

I did observe cases where SB display keeps progressing through a
playlist normally while the sound itself becomes muted at some point.
