Sounds like a DNS lookup server issue. Different parts of the web can
get different DNS name servers depending upon locality / browser etc. I
had an issue with a website domain which on a work PC worked in IE but
not Firefox; but worked in both from a different subnet... Finding the
solution was tricky - but using the trace commands showed a hosts
router posting to a misconfigured DNS server.
