[SlimDevices: SqueezeNetwork] Unknown Pin Code Provided

i just recieved my Squeezebox and I've been happily listening to my
music.  But I want to access Squeeze network.  I followed the owners
guide  - it connected automatically and assigned itself a PIN. I went
to  the Squeezenetwork web site (to see if I could customize the
favorites). Immediate problems!

1. I can't register - I get the message 'Unknown PIN code provided.'

2. My squeezebox displays a 5 digit PIN code but no matter how many
times I input it, I get that error.

How do I create my account?? 

I've searched the forums and the only similar issue that comes up was
due to a 4 digit PIN Code.  But I have a 5 digit PIN Code so that isnt
it.. Any help would be welcomed.
