[SlimDevices: Beta] Sync - Someone help me out

OK, more weirdness then.  I just looked at the Transporter's state and
it too is Off.

When I play to the Transporter it's display 'wakes up', but the
Transporter is not turned On.  But the display doesn't wake up fully. 
The brightness level comes up to what I expect.  The scrolling number
of pixels looks right (set to 1).  But for some reason the scroll rate
set in the player prefs is ignored and the display creeps along very
slowly.  Weird.

I would think that the desired behavior would be to turn On all players
in the sync group whenever you play music to them.  Like 'On' on, not
just sort of on.  I'm sure someone has thought this all out, but I
don't quite see why it's behaving like this.  Or maybe it's unintended.
