I think that the scanner.exe command line may need some more args in
version 7 than in version 6.  Since I'm running linux, I can't really
test this vary easily.  Try initiating a scan for new music from the
web interface and then use SysInternal's process explorer or some other
utility to see what the scanner.exe full command line actually is and
then fix up the reg file accordingly.  (And share your results) ;-)
