[SlimDevices: Beta] 7 won't start on Ubuntu

Ben, or anyone else - when running using your instructions, how do you
restart or stop the server?

Obviously the init.d scripts for doing this aren't there.

Would it be ./slimserver.pl -restart and ./slimserver.pl -stop?
