Have you tried the Nokia skin?
Using the Nokia skin on my iphone, the reason that I see the address
bar never goes away on some pages is there is nothing to scroll; eg
the skin fits perfectly inside the screen space, including the top
and bottom Safari bars. On other, non-SS pages where the address
bar appears to 'disappear' it's because I've scrolled down the page,
and the header bar scrolls off.
On a SS Nokia skin page that requires scrolling, like the Artist
list, the header bar scrolls off just as it does on other pages. Is
this not the same with the browser on the Touch?
