[SlimDevices: Beta] New Default skin

I like the most recent changes.  Still don't like the gratuitous page
margin, but it apparently tickles someone's fancy.

I like the treatment of the pagebar, except for a couple things:

- Ideally, the "buttons" should all be (about) the same size.  It's
nearly impossible to click the "I".

- There shouldn't be unclickable space between buttons, so that when
you sweep the mouse across them, there is always a button highlighted.

- It could use better highlighting of the current page.  Maybe a
different color?

I did something similar for the pagebar in the Classic skin by using a
styled list. I also chose to increase the font size slightly to make
the buttons easier to click.
