Looks good.  

I think the order issue may be because the Playlist Scan and Merge VA
phases are taking 0 seconds each (I only have two small playlists), so
the start times recorded in the database are the same for each of
mergeva, playlist, and artwork.  Maybe sorting them by record id
instead of start time would keep them in chronological order.
