Jim,

Could you look at the latest trunk.  This includes the time to count
the files in the directory and playlist scan.  The progress bar will
stay at zero during this phase, I thought this was better than another
bar for just the count bit.

I've also put a progress bar in for the two additional post scan
database optimise phases which happen after a rescan.  This means there
are now 3 bars for the cleanup/optimise phase.  I'm looking for feedback
as to whether this is too many and they should be compressed into a
single one which count the phase rather than progress within each
phase.
