it's certainly not for general play or 'testing' to be honest.  If, 
however, you are familiar with perl and are willing to keep track of 
the subversion updates, logs and such to keep track of what is going 
on, then we'd LOVE to have more help with the todo list.  What we do 
not want is a stream of posts saying "just updated and this url won't 
load, such and such skin doesn't have the new feature from yesterday" 
etc.
