[SlimDevices: Beta] Announce: 7.0 Database change - svn 11105 onwards

Users of 7.0 please note the above change impacts the 7.0 database
schema and if you are already running 7.0 you will have to either:

1) drop and create the mysql database 'slimserver'

2) delete the Cache/MySQL directory (easiest for users of the shipped
mysql)

Then restart the server.

The reason for this change is to allow the auto schema upgrade to work
from 6.5.1 to 7.0. To do this we need the schemas to align. In doing
this the schemas version numbering for 7.0 has needed to change and
hence the autoupgrade won't work.
