Not sure if it's related, but I consistently get similar behaviour if I 
pause and restart a track close to the end, I presume when it's fully in 
the Squeezebox's buffer.  It plays to the end of the track, then stops 
with the top line showing 'NOW PLAYING (REBUFFERING... 0%) and the lower 
line showing the name of the track that just completed.
