I'm not quite sure what to make of that response. The MySQL service
that 6.5.1 installs should start up automatically (unless you change
the startup configuration) and will be running even if SlimServer is
not. I'm not sure if the service is shut down, though, when SlimServer
is. It doesn't make a lot of sense to set the MySQL service startup to
automatic if you're going to shut it down when SlimServer shuts down.
Because then the next time SlimServer is manually started the MySQL
service would have to be started anyway.
Then, of course, MySQL can also be run as a non-service, as it was in
6.5.0. I believe that one is properly shut down along with SlimServer.
