[SlimDevices: Beta] rescan/regeneration of thumbnails

I've been seeing more and more issues with artwork thumbnails lately. 
For a while in the gallery views I'd get most of the page loaded and
SlimServer would hang trying to fetch/generate a specific cover
thumbnail.  I'd see an hourglass forever and the web interface would be
completely blocked, not allowing me to play anything.  Hitting 'Stop' in
the browser ended the block, but the missing thumbnails would remain
blank.  It was always the same album on a given page that would case
SlimServer to hang.

It finally got to the point where a rescan for some reason would not
find any thumbnails at all, even after manually deleting the entire
cache, restarting SlimServer, and doing a full clear/scan.  Doing all
of the above after emptying the entire database (dropping all tables)
somehow fixed the problem.
