[SlimDevices: Beta] Rescan of music from Server setting page fails

It is true that when I stop and exit my firewall it works - but which
component would it be blocking ?
I have slim.exe scanner.exe and mysqld.exe all unrestricted inc. any
anti-leak or component control switched off ?

Any help in tracking this down would be or great help as I don't want
to run without the firewall !
