[SlimDevices: Beta] "Static" sound on 24bit/96kHz material

thomsens, it turns out there was a trivial fix for this in SlimServer -
we were just not sending the right parameters to the player. Grab the
next nightly if you want to give it a try.

Note that on track 3 you'll hear a little thump right in the first
quarter second of the song. It sounds a bit like the stuttering but
it's actually part of the recording.
