[SlimDevices: Beta] "Static" sound on 24bit/96kHz material

Oh sure I can hear that... it's not actually static, but very brief
chunks of silence. 

I believe it's caused by an underrun of an internal buffer because the
OS is spending too much of it's time downloading from the network at
100Mbps, and not enough feeding the DAC... it is in fact a load issue,
but a prioritizing problem as opposed to a true "don't have enough
cycles" situation.

Ironically, over wireless you would not get these! But you'd have to
have a very good connection to sustain the data rate.

I'll need some time to try a couple different approaches to this, but
it is definitely fixable.
