Wow! That was fast. The problem is solved.

I don't know if it's because you solved that issue but the program is
running a LOT faster. On my machine, it's still not very reactive
(Athlon XP 2100+ 1GB) but I would say that the december 10th nightly
build is about 50% faster than the one from yesterday.
