Mike, I still can't reproduce this issue. There should be a scroll bar.
You're on MSIE7? Do you see the yellow exclamation mark bottom right? Or
Firebug complaining in FF?

Please make sure you're using the very latest version when reporting
issues. I fixed the search only two days ago.
