[SlimDevices: Beta] New Default skin

Just an update on the current state of the new skin: today I've added
two features which have been asked for in this thread.

- turn on/off album art in playlist view
- "classic" gallery view for album lists

Don't worry about the ugly layout of the buttons for these two options.
New artwork will follow later.
