[SlimDevices: Beta] New Default skin

Editing the reference to Maestro/slim-ext.css out of wizard.html let me
get through the wizard, but there appear to be more CSS issues with the
RPM.  I don't think the default skin is supposed to look like this (I'm
having Netscape 4 flashbacks):
