[SlimDevices: Beta] New Default skin

Wow.  I haven't used 7.0 to connect to a Squeezebox and play music until
today.  In the past I've only really messed about with scanning and the
web interface.

I'm getting stuttering, dropouts, and then continuous reboots of my
SB2.  Plays ok for 15-20 minutes, then the wheels come off completely.
