[SlimDevices: Beta] Is anyone at Slim testing with OSX 10.4.9???

Port 9000 is in use by another app/process.

Find out using netstat which app/process is using port 9000. Stop that
process and then see if SS starts.

Alternative is to change httpport SS uses from 9000 to say 9001. 
Possible methods include. 
* change port SS uses using the "httpport" option on the command line
at startup 
* edit the prefs file and change httpport setting.
