[SlimDevices: Beta] Broken SlimTray.exe since...

That error message is generated when SLimTray has requested to stop the
MySql service but it got an error return. 

Code 4 means the MySql service is still running.

Since the MySql service is still running - my guess is Windows though
the owner of SlimTray didn't have permission to stop the service.
