[SlimDevices: Beta] Announce: Softsqueeze 3.1

Softsqueeze 3.1 will be in the next nightly releases for 6.5.1 and
trunk. It's also back on the Sourceforge download site at
http://softsqueeze.sourceforge.net.

This version fixes:
Bug #3915 Softsqueeze animation on screen 2 clears screen 1 (in
Transporter skin)
Bug #4141 WAV format files play incorrectly (non 44.1kHz files)
Bug #4181 Softsqueeze refuses connection to Squeezenetwork
