[SlimDevices: Beta] 6.5b3 Won't start

I've tried to install the beta but slimtray won't start the server.  I
get the icon but it endlessly blinks like it's trying to start.  MySQL
boots.  No web interface.  I was moving from 6.3 to 6.5, no plug ins
just a straight install to try out the new features.

Win XP

When I went back to 6.3 it started up just fine.
