[SlimDevices: Beta] Firmware 62

In today's slimserver build you'll find squeezebox2/3 fw62.

The changes in firmware sb62/tr13 include:
    
- Bug #3660 DHCP bridging does not work sometimes
- Bug #3969 beta ogg vorbis streams kill audio output
- Bug #4026 WAV playback only works for 16 bits 44.1kHz
- Bug #4040 L&R analogue audio channels appear swapped
- Bug N/A Downsampling of 96kHz FLAC and WAV on Squeezebox2/3
