See RssNews.pm, Rescan.pm, DateTime/Plugin.pm, Moodlogic/Plugin.pm or  
any other of the included plugins.  You can also find info in the svn  
checkin comments when the  changes were made, and in developers list  
archives.

Feel free to add anything you wish to the wiki, if you feel it is lacking.
