[SlimDevices: Beta] JPEG quality for server-resized images

If I've followed the discusion correctly, with v6.5B SlimServer re-sizes
JPEG album artwork (rather than the browser re-sizing, as in previous
versions).

When browsing artwork, I can see what I assume are JPEG compression
artifacts.  To my eyes, a higher quality/lower compression needs to be
used.  Obviously, this is tradeoff.

I'm not sure how to change the quality.  I think Slim::Web::Graphics is
where to start, but I can't see where in there or in GD::Image it might
be set.

Any ideas?
