All of the 6.5.0 bugs will not be addressed by 6.5.1 - it wouldn't
matter if they worked on it for a year.  In bugzilla there's no
indication that many of the open bugs with a 6.5.1 target are even
being worked on.  And there are many more that have already been punted
into 7.0 land.

Much better, IMO, is to get some of the major issues fixed, and get a
6.5.1 out the door.  Many of them were fixed in first week or two after
6.5.0 was released.  Then do a 6.5.2 and a 6.5.3 if/when necessary.  I
don't even run the releases - I just know that most people will not run
beta software, and by dragging out these 0.0.1 point releases, it leads
to a lot of customer frustration.
