I have seen similar messages with my test server as well. I'm using  
subversion to get the latest changes. I don't know what exactly was  
causing the problem, but after a new checkout and rescan I'm fine again.

So probably there have been changes which lead to a corrupted DB. You'd  
best try a full rescan.
