Bug #4384. Doesn't seem like anyone has paid any attention to it yet:

SlimServer Version: 6.5.1 - 10354 - Windows XP - EN - cp1252
Server IP address: 192.168.0.104
Perl Version: 5.8.8 MSWin32-x86-multi-thread
MySQL Version: 5.0.22-community-nt

This happens with FLAC transcoded with bitrate limiting set, and Lame
installed. Watching the track remaining time, it is clear that
SoftSqueeze 3.2.1 truncates anywhere from 10 to 25 seconds at the end
of the songs. This occurs with transcoded  FLAC as well as MP3 (say
from 192kbps to 128 kbps). 

This does NOT happen if an MP3 file is sent native (nat transcoded to
another rate) to SoftSqueeze.

I think this started happening after gapless MP3 playback was
introduced.

Reverting to 6.5.0 solves the problem. Additionally, reverting to 6.5.1
b10207 also fixes it.
