Presumeably the ALBUM tag for both of these is simply "Greatest Hits"? 
If so you are making it rather hard for SS... two files in the same
folder, with the same album name tag - that looks exactly like the
common configuration of having multiple tracks in a folder which SS
links by virtue of the ALBUM tag!

Simplest fix would be to change the ALBUM tags to be unique (personally
I do this anyway as I hate seeing a list of Albums all called "Greatest
Hits").
