I am seeing this bug, too. (Missing last track.)

SlimServer Version: 6.5.1 - 10354 - Windows XP - EN - cp1252
Server IP address: 192.168.1.100
Perl Version: 5.8.8 MSWin32-x86-multi-thread
MySQL Version: 5.0.22-community-nt

I have an external cue and compressed the FLAC file with the --cuesheet
option

Adding extra CR/LFs or a REM END (cr/lf) to my external cue didn't fix
the problem.  Doing a metaflac --remove --block-type=CUESHEET seems to
help.

Will removing the cuesheet tags from the FLAC files have any effect on
the index point in the FLAC file.

Is there a feature request for firward/rewind working with FLAC
images?
