[SlimDevices: Beta] Firmware Upgrade problems

I see that Richard checked Firmware 66 into the 6.5 branch a couple of
days ago:

However, when I download the latest 6.5.1 nightly build, the latest
firmware is still 65. What's happened to Firmware 66?

Is it related to Andy's "firmware directory" change here?
