Aha:  I see "version info" down at the bottom of the SlimServer Server
Settings page.  Here's the info:

SlimServer Version: 6.5.1 - 10169 - Windows 2000 - EN - cp1252
Server IP address: 192.168.1.102
Perl Version: 5.8.8 MSWin32-x86-multi-thread
MySQL Version: 5.0.22-community-nt

I am attaching a sample cuesheet.  I literally just re-embedded this in
the flac, rescanned, saw nine cuts, then removed it, rescanned, and now
see ten.
