Ahh... if "default.map" is the only .map file in the server/IR
directory, the whole "Remote Button Functions" section disappears from
the Player Settings/Remote page.

I think this is being too clever... it frustrated the hell out of me,
not being able to find anything relating to this configuration item
that I thought I knew should be there!  

I'd rather that - if there is no other .map file - it gave a message to
the effect I should add one to the server/IR directory if I want to have
the option to use it!

Do I need to submit an enhancement request?
