they all seem to be fine, no problems.

i should also mention i'm only 40mins away by car from the origin of
the streams.

a few reasons, 1. b/c when i first got it, i couldn't get it to work
with an ethernet or crossover cable, but could wireless, 2. because a
wire where the two things are would look unpleasing visually, and 3.
b/c eventually i want to use it as a wireless bridge.

but if i can bury this avenue of troubleshooting by hooking it up, i
will.  i'll let u know when i've got the wired working, and if it fixes
the streams.

as to the display problem, i don't know if it is a problem or not.  but
its done it i think ever since i got it, so if its not typical, i
wouldn't even know.
