Funny, I think the same thing happened to me over the weekend.  I'm on
10591.

The visualizer froze then I could hear snippets of an entirely
different track.  Just 1/4 - 1/2 second snippets, barely enough to
recognize the tune.

I can't remember if it recovered on its own or I power-cycled, but when
things returned to normal it was on a new random playlist.  I don't
remember seeing an "operation timed out" message but the new playlist I
did see.

Unfortunately it's a very rare error that I can't reproduce.  I've been
using 10591 since it was released (November 5th) and this was the first
major burp.

Before I post a bug I'll update to the latest nightly.  What debug
flags should I set?
