I have this working with a 6.5.1 server, --noupnp and logging enabled,
so I'm not sure what the problem is.  But there have been some odd bugs
with respect to the command-line options and running SlimServer as a
Windows service.  You could be running into something similar.

You might try just the --noupnp option and see what happens.
