1) Whilst 'connecting' to a BBC stream, and adjusting volume, the
Player volume display is shown so-briefly as to be impossible to read.

2) Whilst 'connecting' to a BBC stream and with the 'Connecting'
message shown, when the display text moves to scroll mode, you get both
the static 'Connecting' meesage and the scrolling stream ident at the
same time, on the Player display.
