[SlimDevices: Beginners] Unable to play file format

I run Trend Micro's PC-cillin and it updates daily. I'll have to check
when which version of iTunes I'm running now. I think I've upgraded in
the last month. Do you know how and if I can install the mov123 app to
decode the m4a files? 

I've haven't had much luck finding a user manual of sorts for SS 7.0
either.
