[SlimDevices: Beginners] duet update firmware for past 12hrs

Likely you've got the same problem as I had a few days ago. If you have
downloaded and installed the 7.0 software, get the beta 7.0.1. May
sound strange, but the beta is more stable than the released version.
It also finishes the update of the controller.

P.S. removing the battery didn't help with me, it would just return to
the update screen.
