[SlimDevices: Beginners] Duet problems for beginner.

I tried restarting wireless router and then saw the NAS in the source
selection. When I selected it, the control immediately proposed a
software update to version 7.0 r2097. Selecting 'begin update' brings
up 'Copying Update' screen and reboots the controller after about 30
seconds. Once re-booted, the controller immediately goes back into
software update with no way to get out except accepting it which
restarts the cycle again. Removed battery and switched off router then
inserted battery and went for a 'factory reset'. Input WEP etc and then
selected source then guess what, immediately went into software update
loop again. Hate to say this but I think I'll unpak my Sonos again as
this really is a pain. Any ideas from any other users as to what's
going on would be most appreciated.
