[SlimDevices: Beginners] Can a Squeezebox Receiver be controlled with an infra-red remote control?

Just a quick question: Can a Squeezebox Receiver (SBR) be controlled
with an infra-red remote control?

If so, I guess I can order a SB3 remote control from somewhere?  Any
clues as to where in the UK?

Reason for asking - it would be handy to have the ability to
pause/adjust the volume in a room where my Squeezebox Controller (SBC)
isn't currently sat, or where we have two rooms in use but only one
SBC.  It would save me buying a SB3 as I could buy the cheaper SBR.
